We propose a service-focused solution to support or customers in building a Comprehensive Emergency Management Program (CEMP).  We can provide services to address the full spectrum of elements comprising a CEMP.  We offer an integrated approach to the management of emergency programs and activities for all four emergency phases (mitigation, preparedness, response, and recovery) for all types of emergencies and disasters. 

R-TSI professionals are certified and recognized leaders in emergency and crisis management, with a history of innovative, cost effective, real-time solutions tailored to meet the complex challenges confronting our clients.  While trained in numerous Emergency Management (EM) software applications, R-TSI staff focuses more on the execution of the mission versus the touting of the product.  We support our clients by utilizing in-house software; or if needed, identifying compatible software, to meet the emergency management support requirement.  In additional to supporting the EM program, R-TSI has certified trainers with in-depth experience in classroom instruction that could be further utilized to train field operation centers to support the readiness mission on a smaller scale.
