R-TSI support teams are skilled in providing on-site and remote maintenance services as needed by each customer.  Our infrastructure support staff researches all possible degradation factors (i.e. lighting, electrical lines, and distance) during installation that may interfere with or degrade the cable signal. As a final step in the installation process, the Infrastructure Support Team Lead will provide to our customers a detailed plant diagram that routes each line of cable from the installation point to the final destination.  This diagram is most important in the service and maintenance of an active Information Transport System.
