 USMC CEOss Contract
In September 2003, R-TSI partnered with the Team AT&T on US Marine Corps Commercial Enterprise Omnibus Support Services (CEOss) contract to support the war-fighting mission of the Marine Corps Systems Command (MCSC) with an innovative team with the technical skills and the agility to respond to the toughest demands for quality systems and turnkey solutions.
 Team AT&T serves as the front line for battling the onslaught of IT challenges. Forged together by AT&T Government Solutions, Team AT&T delivers high-end engineering services across all CEOss domains. To date, R-TSI supports Team AT&T across three technology domains across three states.
ITES Contract
 In March 2006, R-TSI partnered with the NCI Team to support the Army ITES contract in meeting the following program objectives:
ITES Statement of Objectives (SOO)
- Support and partner on the Army's e-commerce system, i.e., it e-mart
- Support the Army's data requirements and emerging asset management through electronic interface
- Provide compliant, state-of-the-market, sustainable, supportable, enterprise solutions
- Continuously seek ways to achieve customer satisfaction
- Assure affordable, best value, best pricing solutions
- Establish a partner-focused working relationship with Army customers across the Army enterprise and within the DoD integration framework
- Effectively utilize subcontractors and teaming partners, including small and disadvantaged businesses
- Assist the Army through best commercial practices in the migration to enterprise resource planning
