Our Community Outreach & Mentoring Program is very important to us as it enables us to share our profits by giving back to our community. We target local area school initiatives and/or charitable programs that directly interest or involve our employees. We give both financial assistance and employee time to gain diversified education, assist our fellow man and to invest our resources where best suited to maintain growth and strength.
Strictly on a volunteer basis, we have several employees and family members that represent our business on their own personal level. From book drives and bake sales, to fundraisers and corporate sponsorships, R-TSI stays actively involved in our “community” that spans eight (8) counties and five (5) states.
Many initiatives that we participate in are introduced to our Corporate Management Team for sponsorship by our employees. Other times, we are approached by charity organizers or community leaders looking for corporate sponsors. In both instances, they find that we are more than willing contributors as we have participated in the several programs including, but not limited to the following:
- Northern Virginia Technology Council
- Prince William County – Greater Manassas Chamber of Commerce
- Women in Technology (WIT) / Girls in Technology (GIT)
- Potomac Senior High School Embassy Choir
- Susan G. Komen “Walk for Life” Campaign
- Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association (AFCEA), Ft. Belvoir Chapter
- Marine Executive Association (MEA)
- So Others Might Eat (SOME)
- Purple Heart Foundation
